Data sources

The platform displays funeral and burial records from public and community sources — primarily the public Umm Al Quwain cemetery Telegram channel, plus WhatsApp announcements entered manually after review.

Records are reviewed carefully before publishing; nevertheless, some historical records may contain gaps or errors inherited from the original source.

Correction and removal requests

Family and community members may request a data correction, photo removal or replacement, or removal of sensitive details — via the “Request correction” action on announcement pages and in the footer.

Requests are reviewed manually by the admin; no public record is ever changed automatically. Requester details (name and phone) are used only for review and follow-up.

Notifications

Death notifications are fully optional and only activate after the user's explicit permission via the bell button. You can unsubscribe at any time from your browser settings.

Your data

The platform does not sell user data and does not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

This is a community service, not a government authority, unless officially stated otherwise.
